You have 10 days to pick unit and make a 20% down payment. *Note you have 10 days due diligence, if in that 10 days you request a refund you will receive all funds back. If no return request is made prior to 10 days the deposit is non-refundable.
25% down on the day construction of the foundations commences.
25% down when construction ofthe walls of the first unit in the building begins.
20% when construction of the roof begins.
10% at closing.
Owners receive 60% of the rental income.
