Yes, the community will have these amenities and all owners of lots and/or condos will receive lifetime memberships to the amenities.
Will I get clear title to my property?
Yes, you will receive clear title to your property.Foreignbuyers enjoy the same property rights as Costa Rican citizens.
How far is it to the nearest beach?
Playa Pinuelas and the nearby Playa Ventanas, are approximately ten minutes from the property.
Where is the nearest medical facility?
There is a new 80,000 ft2 hospital five minutes from the San Buenas Golf Resort.
How close is a grocery store?
Both a convenience store and fresh fruit stand are within walking distance (5 minutes by car).The closest grocery store is located in Cortez, which is 15 minute drive from the property.
What is the distance to the closest city with a population of at least 100,000 people?
We are located about 1 1/4 hours from San Isidro del General, which is the largest city in Costa Rica's southern zone and, incidentally, is reputed to be Latin America's fastest growing city.
How much are property taxes each year?
0.5% of the registered property value.
What companies are available to insure my house and car?
INS is the insurance agency operated by the government of Costa Rica.Rates are very reasonable. They have offices located in Uvita and San Isidro. Rates on auto insurance are comparable to those found in the United States.
Where are the nearest churches?
Costa Rica is predominately Catholic, so these churches are seen in every town. Cortez has a Catholic church and it is about 15 minutes away from the property.Churches of other denominations can also be found in the area.
