San Buenas Golf Resort
San Buenas Golf Resort is set in 644 acres of lush, tropical rainforest, rolling hills and pastures.
The course will be an 18 hole, par-72 championship layout measuring nearly 7,000 yards. Every property includes a lifetime golf membership that serves two people.
SGGR is the first golf course to be constructed in the Southern region.There is a strong emphasis on environmental viability. For example, the developer is moving small amounts of earth, capturing rain water and treated waste water for irrigation and planting many indigenous trees to attract and establish bird and animal habitats.
Purchase of a lot or condo unit in SBGR includes a membership to all of the leisure activities available in the resort. Property owners will pay monthly association fees that will subsidize all leisure activities and infrastructure maintenance. There will be user fees for activities that have higher associated costs, for example the golf course. The projected user fee for an owner to play one round of golf is $25.
Owners may rent their home or condo through the SBGR Condo-Hotel and all renters will have similar privileges as the owners. Expect to be playing golf in mid 2010, with the entire 18 holes open in 2011.
