The developments are located in the coastal towns of Ojochal, Tres Rios, and Chontales in the southern Pacific region of Costa Rica and just above the Osa Peninsula.
This area is located about 15 miles south of Dominical and about 31 miles south of Quepos.
The community is in one of the few areas of Costa Rica where 6000 foot tall mountains come right down to the sea, providing some of the best views in the country.
This area is also the home of many rivers and waterfalls negating water problems that effect the northern Pacific region.
This area of the country is also more tightly zoned and construction is limited to three stories. There are no big developments.
The area is also home to some of the most famous beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Bellena, Playa Tortuga, Playa Ventanas and Playa Pinuella.Playa Bellena is a Marine National Park and is located directly in front of our developments.
