We use wood grown by sustainable forestry methods and our construction standards are world class. Our price also includes cabinets, windows and doors custom built in our 10,000 sq ft. carpentry facility.
In addition your property is fully improved with roads, water and electric so you will not have to attempt to navigate through local bureaucracy and permitting.
